Despite immense logistics and organization and the 3,300-km tour, she has not only established a world record but also generated a huge media presence. Her story has been told in 50 media and 10 countries. The whole of Spain cheered her on. Achieving a world record was not, however, her main aim. It was about something more important: proving that anything is possible.

Monika Sattler has created and teaches the 3-step RAD success strategy by setting and successfully achieving goals. She is also an international speaker, author and world record holder.
She holds a M.A. from Georgetown University and a M.Sc. from University of Minnesota. Before bringing her expertise into her own business, she worked for the World Bank, IBM and the International Monetary Fund. She has lived in five countries and speaks three languages. Her recent cycling world record and her book are examples of the RAD method in action.
