FAQS FOR VISITORS

1. Will EUROBIKE 2020 take place?

Due to the increasing number of infections, restrictions have recently been imposed for more and more European countries and also for regions within Germany following the non-European travel restrictions. In addition, many companies have recently issued increased internal travel bans. For this reason, this year's EUROBIKE will not take place.

2. will I get my money back for paid tickets?

Messe Friedrichshafen will automatically reimburse visitors for the fees paid for tickets already purchased via the payment method selected at the time of purchase. No further steps on your side are necessary. The tickets lose their validity. The refund will be made as soon as possible within the next few weeks.

3. Why is the date for 2021 not fixed yet?

The bicycle industry was completely turned upside down in the Corona year 2020 and much remains uncertain even when looking into 2021. We are in close contact with our customers and as soon as this process has been completed, we will make a decision and immediately start with communication.

4. What happens to services (e.g. hotel bookings) that I have booked? Do I have to cancel/pay for these services?

In this case, please contact any service provider you have directly contracted for further action in this case and cancel your contract with the service provider directly by contacting the respective company. Regarding the services booked with service providers, we refer to the general terms and conditions of the service providers. We therefore ask for your understanding that Messe Friedrichshafen will not be able to reimburse you for any additional costs incurred.
